Reports and Information:

The Bottom Fishing remains strong with good numbers of Red, Gag and Scamp Grouper hitting the deck as well as plenty of Vermillion Snapper, Sea Bass, Triggerfish, Pink Porgies as well as Big Jolt Head Porgies. It's been a 50/50 split between the Jigs and Bait but as always we do whatever works . Fishing should remain strong all summer getting even better as we move into the fall months. Remember!! We specialize in Bottom Fishing both Jigging and with bait. We will be offering special Combo trips for Inshore Gag Grouper and popping for King Mackeral starting in September. This is a great way to combine two great styles of fishing both Jigging and Popping in one trip!! King Mackeral fishing doesn't get any better than along the Southern North Carolina coast in the fall...This is something we wait for all year..Big Smoker Kings right on the Beach!!!
The new news is I will operating out of Golfito, Costa Rica Starting in January, 2009. I will be teaming up with Sportfishing Golfito running both Offshore Billfishing trips as well as specializing in both Bottom Fishing and Jigging and Popping Trips.
